Get out of the house and be independent I might move to a shared assistant living apartment
Being more professional in the workplace I will probably need to overcome my anxiety first. Having a job that I'm interested in would help.

Learn hebrew when I make aliyah to Israel I did a few conversations in hebrew in VR but struggled because of the humidity and the anxiety that the humidity would ruin my headset.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy I forgot to add this in but I had a beginner session with my therapist last Wednesday night
